What we collect
When you join the waitlist or submit a scope request, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company details, and any context you choose to include. We also capture standard URL parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if present, to understand how people find us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your submission, match specialists to company needs, and communicate about the platform. We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to operate the platform (Convex for database, Clerk for authentication, Resend for email).
Storage and security
Data is stored on Convex infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Both providers operate under industry-standard security practices. Data is not transferred outside the services listed above without your knowledge.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will confirm deletion within five business days.
